Local artist Wendy works and also has her gallery in Penwith House, near the famous Land’s End signpost. She surely enjoys one of world’s finest studio locations, overlooking the endless expanse of the Atlantic Ocean and you’ll discover the wonderful results of that inspiration in the Penwith House gallery, where Wendy’s original oils and prints are on sale.
Just a short stroll along the headland is Greeb Farm, and in the old barn we’ve created a number of craft studios where our resident craftspeople work can work in an inspirational clifftop setting.
See exclusive pieces including rings, bangles, earrings and brooches being created by this well known local silversmith, whose skills have earned him a mention in The Encyclopedia of Jewellery Making Techniques.
A studio workshop with pot throwing and clay animal making for children and adults. The workshop can also produce items to special order including pet portraits from photographs and individually commissioned ceramic sculptures and house signs.
Bill is a local artist and craftsman who has been engraving glass for over twenty years. An associate of the Guild of Glass Engravers, he specialises in landscapes and wildlife inspired by the beautiful Cornish coastline.
Watch as Sarah hand crafts leather into an unusual variety of colourful, high quality embossed and original carved work. Everything from belts to personalised keyrings.
Tom is our specialist house sign maker, creating his wooden pictorial house signs (often incorporating animal portraits) and amusing door plaques to order. Thanks to his art school training, he is also adept at pencil portraits!
