Summer, it's the ideal time for the entire family to relax, and here at Land's End we think we have some of the best ways for you to enjoy every possible moment of your summer holidays.

We won't pretend that that the weather's always perfect here in Cornwall, but that doesn't have to stop you from having fun in the Duchy!

Here are a few of our ideas to help you make the most of your time to Land's End.

1. Take a walk down to The First & Last House in England...

why not enjoy a delicious Kelly's Cornish Ice Cream whilst you're there.

2. Head down to Greeb Farm...

meet some of our resident animals including goats, rabbits, chickens, pigs, and even llamas - you can even pick up some food and feed our furry friends.

3. If you need a bit of retail therapy then we have you covered...

Take a visit to The West Country Shopping Village, Penwith House, or The First & Last House, where you're bound to find something that will take your fancy.

4. Young or old - we have the attraction for you...

With 4 fantastic family attractions no one will be disappointed. Lose yourself in the interactive world of Shaun the Sheep; journey through the magical world of Arthur's Quest; try to escape the clutches of the T-Rex in The Lost World 4D Film Experience, and get hands on with our animals at Greeb Farm.

5. You could grab a delicious hot chocolate...

(if your feeling really rebellious treat yourself to a bag of doughnuts as well) and watch the sun set behind The Longships Lighthouse - a sight you really want to make sure you see.

6. If there's one thing everyone loves its food...

Why not enjoy a delicious meal in The Land's End Restaurant, there aren't many places you get to enjoy some top notch food with a view straight out over the Atlantic Ocean. If a meal's too much for you - don't worry, we offer light bites and afternoon tea too.

7. Make sure you head down to the RSPB Discovery Centre and see what wildlife you can spot...

If you're lucky enough you might come across a Cornish Chough or two, or even some sensational sealife, such as the world's second largest fish - the Basking Shark.

8. If there's one thing you have to make sure you see over the summer it's our Magic in the Skies Fireworks Displays...

telling the story of 'The Lost Land of Lyonesse' which features an original orchestral score created by Cornish composer, Christopher Bond. Make sure you remember to pick up some glow sticks, light-up head gear, and other fun light-up toys from our retail outlets available on firework nights - it always adds to the atmosphere!

9. Every summer we host themed event days - and we love it...

This year is no different. You can look forward to Cornish Day, Pirate Day and Children's Day. These are the days you really don't want to miss; circus acts, entertainment in the square, story-telling, live music and fun fancy dress opportunities - these are just a few of the extras we include to give our event days the x-factor!

10. If taking in the natural beauty is more of your thing - look no further...

There are plenty of places to walk and explore around Land's End - who knows what you might see on your travels: rabbits, birds, dolphins and an array of creepy-crawlies are all real possibilities.
